Meet the Team
Tamara is a full-time REALTOR® & Team Leader of The Merrimack Valley Group at Realty ONE Group NEST. Bringing 20 years experience to you she specializes in residential sales & purchases. Licensed in both MA & NH she uses a data-driven method to valuation that helps sellers capture top dollar and buyers purchase with confidence that they have gotten a great deal.
Originally from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Tamara brings a flair for life to her work, attracting clientele who appreciate her personable, down to earth, roll-up-her-sleeves philosophy. This approach has garnered Tamara a reputation as a realtor you want on your team, handling each transaction as if it were her own investment. When it's time for your vacation home abroad, leverage her real estate connections in both the U.S. & British Virgin Islands.
In her spare time, Tamara enjoys time with her husband & two sons, reading, or enjoying a cocktail with friends overlooking their pond in Georgetown.

Meet Hunter, a motivated and ambitious college student who has recently made the exciting decision to pursue a career in real estate. Inspired by his mother's impressive 12+ years in the industry, he is eager to learn from her and work alongside her to build a successful real estate business of his own.
With a strong passion for helping others and a keen eye for detail, Hunter is determined to provide exceptional service to clients and assist them in finding their dream homes or investment properties. He understands the importance of staying up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations, and is committed to continuously expanding his knowledge and skills in the field.
Outside of his real estate pursuits, Hunter is an avid musician (drummer) as well as pursuing a degree in business/marketing. His education will complement his real estate career, allowing him to provide clients with well-rounded advice and insights.

Best experience even during Covid! We were moving my elderly mom from her home of 25 years to be closer to us. This was a good move but a hard one. Tamara was patient and kind and we decided a virtual sale was the way to go. She knew the market and shared with us her previous sales experience and time lines. She is very professional and knows her stuff! She is detail oriented and easy to work with.
